SPOT IS MUCH MORE NATURAL ON THE RIGHT AS YOU CAN SEE HE TAKING A NICE SQUARE FLANK WHILE HE IS LARNING THE FETCH. IT IS TOO EARLY TO BRING HIM AWAY TO ME HERE. I AM JUST HAPPY THAT HE WILL STOP (WHICH HE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY TAUGHT TO DO) AWAY FROM SHEEP FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS AND KEEP BRINGING THE SHEEP TO ME!
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS IS A LOT OF WALKING BACKWARDS AND TEACHING HIM TO BALANCE THE SHEEP TO ME AND KEEP A NICE DISTANCE AS HE WILL HAVE TO WORK VERY FLIGHTY SHEEP AS WELL AS HEAVY SHEEP FOR A LIVING AND WILL HAVE TO LEARN TO KEEP HIS DISTANCE. I DONT WANT TO DO TO MUCH TO SOON AS HE IS VERY YOUNG AND I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP HIM ENJOYING HIS WORK. THIS YOUNG DOG IS A NATURAL AND IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.!
